Earlier this year, we were commissioned to create a ‘Vote Yes’ decal that would be on display at the Ferrars and York Street site in South Melbourne, as well as the Barkly Street site in Brunswick.
Our first instinct was to try and capture the positivity of the movement which is reflected in the colour choice and rounded nature of the lettering. The next thought was trying to do something that hadn’t already been done, and thankfully the ‘Vote Yes’ phrase worked nicely in the shape of Australia. Which also helped capture the sentiment of voting yes for the good of all the country.

HV. HOTEL is a new service that is part of the Ferrars and York Street building located in South Melbourne.
We worked with the HIP V. HYPE team to create a suite of illustrations focusing on the lifestyle and sustainability components of the hotel, that would be used across print collateral as well as online.
HIP V. HYPE
Design for better futures.
Since 2023, we’ve been collaborating closely with HIP V. HYPE—a studio renowned for its ambitious work across housing, sustainability, and its deeply rooted community presence.
Throughout our partnership, we’ve created a broad suite of illustrations spanning print, digital, and editorial platforms, including contributions to Green Magazine and various marketing campaigns.
At the heart of everything we produce is a human sensibility—work that feels warm, optimistic, and grounded. This comes through in the use of organic textures, expressive line work, and a spirit that always leans toward the positive.
